‘Battlefield 3’climbs to No 8 after a week long absence outside the Top 10 while ‘FIFA Street’ climbs to No 9 and ‘Prototype 2’ slips to No 10.

Outside the Top 10 there is a debut at No 12 for developer Nihilistic Sotware’s ‘Resistance: Burning Skies’ on PS Vita. The last Resistance title released on a hand held console was ‘Resistance: Retribution’ which topped the PSP chart back in Week 12 2009 but failed to impact the Top 40 on the all formats chart.

PC has probably moved at least 50% of it's sales to digital (I believe for Stalker (or maybe skyrim, cant remember) in the USA it was revealed at 70% digital/30% retail)

And that was Diablo 3 + Max Payne 3 + GRAW month. Oh dear.

well D3 is by far an online purchasing... Graw and Max payne instead are underperforming as predicted ... the market needs new devices + a major price cut for actual HD consoles

I don't disagree that D3 could have had a significant online sales component, but we simply can't know for sure. Perhaps Activision Blizzard will say something in a PR, or perhaps when it reports Q2 sales in July. I'd love to know more about what's going on there.
