I think he/she meant outside of Japan. The usual fanboys keep on bringing up the fact that the Japanese version of Vesperia didn't have the logo, but the US version did, despite that the logo means shit anyways.

Back in November or December, you could get one with 2 of the latest titles, including Resistance 2, LittleBigPlanet and MotorStorm Pacific Rift. With some stores selling games for €69.99, that was basically a €140 price drop.

Well, that's for UK only.
In France, Kaze will distribute NISA games (Kaze is an anime publisher).
