It's free to playI am mega interested in this! I've always wanted to try it out but quit PC gaming a long while ago. Wonder what the price will be!
I'm interested how did you break your wrist .Fuck yeah, PoE broke my wrist on PC and I haven't been able to play it comfortably since. I'm very hype for this.

It's not pay to win. You could play without ever spending a dime. You can give them money for things like extra storage though, which is worth it in my opinion. I threw $20 at them on XB1. Will do the same on ps4.Wait, seriously? How do they make money then? If it's a mtx pay to win thing then I am a hard nope.
They make money on other things that aren't p2w it's really nice and GGG has run the game extremely well.Wait, seriously? How do they make money then? If it's a mtx pay to win thing then I am a hard nope.
PoE has one of the best monitization models on the market right now, glad to see this expanding to other platforms. Paying for cosmetics and in-game upgrades (that don't affect multiplayer) seems like such a smart move for this genre that it makes Blizzard's Diablo Immortal announcement look even more tone-deaf by comparison.
I went to preorder it on Amazon but there is nothing on it yet. Is it getting a physical release?
Enjoy, PS 4 gamers!
I've only played since harbinger league, but there's so many awesome, unique, and memey builds you can try instead of being shoehorned into specific sets like Diablo.
Yeah, I consider the story to be pretty good full of lore. I think they thought things out better than the Diablo series's over the top angel vs demon theme. Can I play it by myself and does it have a good story?
PoE is like D2 where you're slowly building up your power through gear and character progression, then you'll feel really powerful at the end of it. D3 just makes you powerful right away where your initial skills are already really good.Is this game good? Huge PS4/xbone D3 fan. Like I love it. I played for 20 minutes of PoE on Xbox and I didn’t get hooked. Should I give it another try? Should I wait for the patch?

last I heard they had no plans for official controller support for the PC version. There are some youtube vids on setting it up yourself, it was decent last I played, though not great.Does anyone know if the PC version has controller support?. I'm very much a couch gamer, but i have always wanted to try this seeing as though its free.
As of right now it does not have controller support you can make it work with third party software but its still a mess maybe that changes with the ps4 version later then i will bite too,Does anyone know if the PC version has controller support?. I'd say mostly, the tone (PoE is very grimdark... in a good way) and the leveling-/skill-system. PoE's leveling is pretty open and non linear and the skills, instead of class-, are itembound.I've heard about this game, but I had no idea this was a free to play title. Looks like a lot of fun. For those who have played a lot, what are the main differences between this and Diablo 3?
Slower progress, as most abilitys are Gems that level independent from your Character.I've heard about this game, but I had no idea this was a free to play title. Looks like a lot of fun. For those who have played a lot, what are the main differences between this and Diablo 3?
Don't bother with league racing. The hardcore players can get to level 90 in a day in permadeath leagues. Even a longtime player like me can't do that since I don't use every waking moment playing the game. The more I play this gAme, the more I like it, but I get stuck exploring the maps instead of racing to the end.
So I don’t do well in any of the league standings.
