Playstation Move Thread: It Only Does Everything

Move is now in my house. As is Sports champion. TT is where it's at. Can't wait to get home and play to the later stages.

annoyingly simple (regarding the complexity of skill you have to acquire to play them)

If you do end up getting deep into SC, you will think back on this and laugh.

The "mind of it's own" thing you're talking about is the auto-assist that is present in the bronze mode, and I don't know if the demo offers anything other than bronze, but you HAVE to get to silver at the very least to know what SC is about.

Just saw the first Move ad on belgian tv, they even make a jab at the Wii "shaking with the wrist isn't enough, you have to work it!"

Heroes looks really fun [1up.]

I want Move but am not convinced with a reason yet. I think I'll buy one this week anyway.

I'm also thinking about selling my 360 Slim so that would fund it and then some.

btw Heavy Rain just made me grab someone's balls and then I had to... twist the controller. Now that was unpleasant. Need to wash my hands now.

Man, I can't believe I've only heard one person mention
the finger scene
with Move. That part must be pretty intense...

I'm watching gameplay vids, and I don't understand :lol

Is each stage just a puzzle that completes some music? Any way to get a bit longer, i.e. make different cuts and stuff like that? Looks very interesting.

I can see why they changed it. You'll immediately know it needs Move and when they advertise it, you are naming both the game. . .and Sony's motion controller.

Like 'Kinect Sports' or 'Wii Sports'.

I'm surprised more of the PS move titles didn't have Move in their names.

Ape Escape on the Move is an On-Rails Netter
Our time with the game was limited, but here are some other tidbits we learned:

* Ape Escape is an on-disc retail game, and not a downloadable title.
* Despite previous reports to the contrary, the game will be coming in 2011, not late 2010.
* Over 500 types of monkeys can be captured in the game, all of which are logged on a "Monkeypedia."
* There will be mini games in addition to the main story mode, though we weren't able to see any of these during the demo.
* Though the game is meant for new fans, there will be nods to the previous games, including visits to previously-explored environments.

TTP I saw you were wondering about the Flight Control music not looping, it is intentional.

We don't have any plans to loop the music at this point - since some people play for hours and hours, we're pretty sure they would get sick of it ;) This way it's a short, sweet melody to welcome you back every time you play!

The move seems to be doing pretty well in sales, at least in Toronto. Thr wand has been sold out in all 5 stores I went to.

I think they misjudged the product mix. I ordered from Sony Rewards on September 20. I now have Sports Champions, a nav pickle, and a charger sitting under my TV. No word yet on my wands.

I'm also waiting on my extra wand.

I don't know...but man I went to their website and you can play it there alittile bit...

lets just say I was stuck playing that small intro of the game for like 30 mins.....its a trip.

the satisfaction of getting it to work almost feels like that addicting game Commander Riker was hooked on, in Star Trek Next Gen....just without the real orgasms.

In my country they are completely sold out, and all online retailers are saying that they dont expect any extra motion controllers before second week of November!!!

as you said, someone already commented on this one ^^ That scene was already very intense with the DS3, so controlling the respective tool with the Move more directly was quite cruel.

just got the Perfect Crime trophy
(and I made sure EVERYONE dies -except the killer obviously - even the kid which is not required for the trophy :P muhahaha )

btw imo the light-gun shooting scene would have been cooler w/o the lock-on-assist, making it a real shooter gameplay segment ^^

edit: oh and in case you're wondering, you can play the Taxidermist DLC episode with Move as well.

...? layin' space-pipe?

off topic but it was from this episode....

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NBSs5qzNq2Q#t=4m32s

it cuts out..
she puts the game glasses on him...and he has to concentrate and make the objects fall into a swirling cone...then for a reward it triggers some part of the brain to cause an orgasm....or something like that.

imagine if achievements were like this :lol

by the way, that whole youtube video is hilarious.

Then why are people worried about the lame FC music? I didn't buy it again. I have it on iPhone/iPad.

I think they want it to loop and not stop. I dont think people are saying they dont like it.

It left a bitter taste in my mouth : |

Sorry if this has been asked already but can anyone tell me if it's worth getting a second wand? I'm mainly a solo gamer, but I read everyone saying how cool archery was with two wands. I was underwhelmed when I only used one.
