As they say in their FAQ, in Europe they will swap the available games to pickup faster than in US, so they have less at the same time in order to have the same number at the end of the year (45 I think).

You don't even have to start the download. Just add them to the cart and confirm the purchase and you're done.

Yeah. You don't even have to actually download anything you just have to add it to your cart and go through checkout.

Er... if it's the same thing that happened to me when I sold Infamous (disc) for the DD version, I've got some bad news to tell you son...

And I was 1 trophy away from a platinum, which still burns me to this day. T_T

Well, VF5 Showdown as a PS+ "freebie" is nice (I was not at the Sony Press Conference, so I have to pay for my PS+, i.e. they are not free). The rest of the "freebies" are laughable. Games a year old (or more). I have all of those already (infamous 2, lbp 2, just cause 2, all4one, sr2, sideway, lara) or have no interest in spending time (another valuable resource) on them.

You guys don't forget to delete install data for games you sold or don't play anymore, frees up a TON of space.

Well, it is an easy Plat, doable in about 8hours. So play through it and delete it again... (and who knows, perhaps you enjoy the online co-op). It is probably the worst entry in the Ratchet series though, but not as bad as I feared.

Yes, you can play the games with any account.

I put the rest on my download list.

Infamous 2 downloaded a gig in about eight minutes for me. The installation will probably take forever though.
