According to Facebook and the official NGS2 US site the demo hits for the US on the 24th. Just get the Japanese demo, though, it'll be the same and switchable with languages, I'm sure.

Should be. Angel Love Online (the other Q Ent. MMO on PS3 free to play) lets you. But it's totally in Japanese and hard to understand unless you know the language. :/
