It's up now.

Nice intro, but couldn't it have downloaded some of this huge data download initially rather than a hi-res FMV?

Pikachu vs. Ho-oh of all things is a rather random pairing haha
Ho-oh needs all the spotlight it can get though.

Urm what, They couldn't have done this while the game was being downloaded in the first place? ¬_¬;

Ah what whatever we all know that I am going to play it for 5 minutes and then delete it.

Tempted to uninstall after seeing that you can level up figures. Why couldn't the monetization stop at random boosters 😭

I think they do this type of stuff because at least on IOS you can't download files over 100mb if your not connected to Wifi.

I like how the first screen has the message "This game can be finished completely for free". I just wonder how much emphasis is on the "can" there.

I just started playing for 5 minutes and am a little confused. Am I battling real people? Is there a campaign I'm supposed to be doing? I just hit "Play" and it searches for an opponent, and I've won two matches relatively easily. If this isn't beginner AI I'm squaring off against, then the online matches I've had have been a little braindead. They leave their goal wide open.

So, uh...is it possible to erase the game and do rerolls, or does it not matter who you have?

I assume Pikachu is one everyone gets, but from saving the 200 gems and doing the 4 pull, I got Mawile UC, Weavile R, Flareon R, and a fourth one I forgot.

They used to make really high quality figures like these I think (they could spin and had different attacks on their bases). Waaaay on back, I believe they called it "Pokémon Trading Figure Game." They stopped making them pretty quickly but I always really liked them.

Anyway this looks fun and I'll see how much I can play before the F2P elements stop me.

Pikachu seems mandatory but you can reroll for your other first booster pull and any after

Was surprised to see them making a digital version of the old boardgame, but admittedly the ability to change stuff on the dials and whatnot makes it seem like it's an upgrade in many ways :3

If I can get a mawile in this then consider me sold. Bonus points if there's braixen, lilligant and a bunch of other pokes I like :p

You're playing online

There is a story mode. It's accessed by the menu on the League Bit, and then the option "Quests"

I'm not sure if the battle system is... good.

Oh I'm sure. It's not.
