Any advice on what nature and ev spread for a stealth rock ttar, and also a nature/spread for a assault vest option?

Not sure if adamant is the way to go

If you're using an Assault Vest, then you can't use Stealth Rock. I'm not really sure what the EV spread should be for that set up.
