I would be shocked if you could just slap in any disc and have it work (PS1, PS2, PS3)

It would probably be done like the 360 BC. Selected titles, due to many, many licence expiries.

I would be shocked especially for PS3 games. I don't see how they could do that any other way besides how MS did it. With how so many games used the SPUs in custom ways you have to tweak the emulator per game basis. PS1 and 2 that maybe could happen sure but Sony rather you repurchase digitally. They are so far in the lead and can do what they really want now.

Its like 25% of 360 games and 4% of Xbox 1 games, but sure lets go with most.
