I accidentaly saw this game at a retro games exhibition, running through MAME.
Because current emulation has some GFX glitches, I play the Saturn port which includes a story mode and extra character.

Perhaps the best parody shmup. Sequel for PS1 converts everything to 3D and adds new gameplay elements and FMV. It is very good too though it is too short and a little clumsier to control

I just can't get enough of that game. Like, I'll sit down and say "Okay, one or two sessions" and just fucking play for like 3 hours straight.

Does this game require a lot of precision mouse movement? I've always wanted to play it but I don't have a kb/m setup atm.

Chrono trigger, i finish it at least one time per year. I can beat it in couple of hours.

Battletoads is just so awesome and super short game, that I replay it once in a month. Megaman 1-4 too.

I'm assuming genres that are actually meant to be played a ridiculous number of times like roguelikes or multiplayer-centric games like MOBAs don't count for this thread?
