Looks like all the enemies have a modified Plagus.In the trailer you see them go in and out of it instead of having their heads exploded to expose the parasite. It also looks closer to octopus tentacles than insect like the plagus.

They forced an object down some guys throat at the start of the trailer.

EDIT: I remember hearing that the Los Plagas are NOT in this game. So it is a new parasite.

The plagas either adapted/evolved, were modifyed, or it'll be some kinda gameplay element where it would be best to draw them into the daylight/light instead of fighting in the dark.

They'll still attack in the light, just wont go all mutant on you.

Just guesses for now.

If its not Las Plagas then they have no imagination cause that creature that came out of the dudes head was 100% Las Plagas. Though that was different than the mouth guys, maybe two different strands, obviously there is something new with that ooze thing at the end.
