Well he is a wrestler. Various wrestler characters in fighting games are the big guys.
Also Hotaru's sprite is enlarged here, I'm sure she's shorter than the other cast >_>;

Yeah it's probably edited. It's just a google search since I can't seem to find anything with "tizoc sprite" in google without being directed to MUGEN.

Drawn muscle really just looks beautiful compared to real life. There's just something about being drawn that makes them more appealing.

The design looks great and more fitting to his character than his main series skinny design. I don't see the problem with it.
