I doubt it. Silent Hills and MGS TPP are biggest game Konami has had in years. They will want to maximize revenue and TPP is already confirmed for PC. Silent Hills needs to skip last gen though.

Again if this were exclusive sony would've said so already. The fact they have such big name talent behind it means they can't afford it being exclusive anyways they need as many sales as possible.

Someone made a great point somewhere else that PT combined with the Destiny Alpha and Hardline beta at E3 have made the PS4 an exciting console to own. Seems a precedent has been set that new ways of getting games into people's hands is being tested moreso on PS4.

The FOX engine was made for multiplatforms. Of course it wouldn't be exclusive.

Well they had to stay mum about the fact that it was even a Silent Hill game.
I'm pretty sure that people assumed it's exclusive because there's absolutely nothing stopping Kojima from putting P.T. on the Xbone otherwise. I wouldn't be surprised if Sony had a hand in creating it.

Kojima has a fantastic relationship with Sony this is similar to a developer showing up for a consoles conference and talking about their game there. Sony struck a deal to only have the exclusive teaser in their console. There's no need to read too much into it.

no xbox demo/teaser thing, trailer debuted on sony's gamescom. There sure as hell hasn't been a mention of xbox anywhere, not that surprising for people to think it is exclusive.
The P.T teaser is, at least that's what Sony said, how that leap in logic that the game itself is, is a little harder because we didn't know exactly what P.T was.

Nintendo only deals with franchises that make the players piss their pants, I suspect that their currently trying to find the horror franchise that might piss everyone over, they did it once but the result was one headless game developer. There is a Wii chance that Nintendo will fight the other consoles shiteness with pissing gamers with exclusives.
