Console gaming and VR lounge area. A PS4 and an XBOX one in there somewhere. A WiiU used to reside where the Nvidia Shield TV console is now. A Sony HMZ-T3W as well behind the console game boxes, placed on the "Ghost" head from COD:MW2 Prestige Edition. The VR rig peeking behind the TV. Oculus Rift no longer pair to this VR rig, replaced by the HTC Vive.

A closer look at the the VR rig, "The Ampersand". It's complementary to the main rig, was build to the slimmest and smallest possible size, in the Silverstone Raven RVZ01 case. Can be placed vertical or horizontal. Slightly bigger than the Xbox One. Runs Core i7 4790K liquid-cooled (yup, even in that tight enclosure) by Corsair H55 AIO closed loop, overclocked to 4.8Ghz and GTX1080 FE (cant fit non-FE boards in the case, plus blower-style cooler of the FE card vents hot air outside the case helps with the cooling). Those keyboard/trackpad and controller combo has been replaced with Razer Turret and Xbox Elite controller.

All other little knick-knacks and an HTC Vive. This was where the main rig used to reside, and the heat generated by the old rig, without liquid-cooling, warped the surface of the wood.

The main rig, "The Endgame". Red black theme. Core i7 5930K overclocked to 4.5Ghz and three Titan X running Tri-SLI, overclocked as well. Paired to the Asus 34" ultrawide PG348Q gaming monitor.

A closer look at the main rig. Custom liquid-cooling loop serving both the CPU and GPU cooling.

A peek at the internals.

Plugged off the gaping hole on the PSU shroud (made by moving the custom loop closer to the coolant pump) with a piece of white acrylic. Turns out great.

Added an Orbweaver into the mix. It was 10 years ago when I first tried the Belkin Nostromo, and swore off if because I couldn't get used to the awkwardness. Fast forward 10 years later, with the Orbweaver's movable joints, it's a breeze executing air takedowns in Doom without having my hand twisted into a claw. :p

Does anyone use a 4K widescreen monitor for Console gaming? I'm thinking of picking one up for my PC anyway but wondering if its worth replacing my TV as well with it

That's an insane pc setup strafebogey. Have you considered submitting it to the YouTube shows like setup wars/pc wars or randomfrankp's room tour project?

In June, we revamped all of the bedrooms in the house. My office is in the master, the only place where I can get any sort of peace and quiet while I work. This is what it was:

I oriented the room so that there would be a separation of living and working, as that shot was taken basically from the foot of my bed.

Here is the result:

This also allowed for putting in a bookcase.

It's like I have a whole new house. Four consoles plus the PC. Drawers under the printer store paper supplies, controllers and a junk drawer. The PS3, PS4 and 360 are up under there as well.

And I was lazy and bought another bookcase for the games, as opposed to my plan of building.

What Desk is that and where can I find it? I've been looking for something similar (simple and white) for my rig and I really like it.

It's one of the white slab desks from Ikea that you can mix and match legs. I think this specific one has been discontinued, but there is only so much you can do with laminated particle board. There is a white pine shelf and legs on top, bought separately. Thinking about replacing it with an Alex add-on.

Once again, you bring porn into the forum. I thank you for it. Lovely.

How do you like the monitor? Are you finding it hard to find games to support the resolution? Not going to lie, was thinking of buying one.

For work/productivity, it's brilliant! Ample space to work around with and having the monitor slightly curved makes for less neck turning.

For gaming, it's godly! Granted, some games dont work with the 21:9 aspect ratio, with either a simple INI file edit to solve that, or you play with black bars on the left and right side. Most modern games work. Panel lottery is again in effect: check your display for IPS glow and excessive backlight bleed.

Here is a panorama of my home office where I house a bunch of video game stuffs. Figured I'd post it after I straightened it all up for a photoshoot and interview I did. Only additional thing that has changed since this was taken is my Vive setup.

Thanks! When you spend as much time as I do in a remote office, unless I am traveling (which is often), you have to make sure that the things that make you happy are with you. Been fortunate enough to have the ability to work, primarily, from a home office for the past 16 years :)

I decided to go back to school and get my 2nd bachelor's but that meant I had to move back in with my parents. That being said, I am super proud of my setup I have here.

Alienware 15
i5 quad-core (up to 3.2GHz)
8gb DDR3
1tb HDD
GTX 965m

Love this thing to pieces. It's perfect for going to school/playing Overwatch with my friends. And I got a crazy good deal on it too so I'm thrilled with it. I usually leave the backlighting off so I don't burn through the battery on unnecessary stuff. I'm also using the Hyper Cloud 2s and those are incredible. I also have that grey HDMI hooked up ready for dual screens. It helps a ton when learning how to program again!

And my Forza 6 XB1. I love this thing and use it every day! The TV stand is grated so there's plenty of breathing room :)

Actually looks really cosy in that corner lol.

Wow! Any chance you can provide full specs on end game? Thinking about doing another build. I've never done water cooling before - is that hard to get into?

Answered you on PM. Specs is here: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/dTYccc

Liquid cooling isn't hard, you may wanna dabble in AIO options first like Corsair's if this is your first time. Acrylic tubes like mine needs proper and precise tolerances so that the tubes properly fit into the fitting's gasket and wont leak all over your rig. You also need to make sure all waterblocks makes sufficient and positive contact with the components you're cooling (CPU, GPU, etc) else its temperature will shoot up very fast and your rig will shut down.

If in doubt, I suggest a custom builder in your area who can do this for you. I'm not a fan of bending hard tubes by heat gun, if you're not careful, you'll be bending them out of shape, and compromise its integrity. Hence you see why every corners the hard tubes end in the liquid coolant loop, I have 90 degrees fittings.

Well, here's my very simple setup.

And as far as equipment goes, TV is a Samsung 55H6410 (getting old but I haven't decided on a 4K TV yet) and the soundbar is a Samsung HW-H750 (probably one of the best soundbar out there).

It's comfy and I like it :)

If you dont mind me asking what do you do for a living? Beautiful view.

Thanks, and not at all. I invest in early stage start-up companies for work. I'm very fortunate, as I get to work with many people much more clever than myself.

That is definitively London... which makes it even crazier. London real estate is crazy expensive.

Not for much longer... lucky I got in before Brexit :-/
