wdreamer from SSWF released a YouTube video review of the latest patch. Which is probably only useful for me because everyone else has access to their PS3s and has downloaded it already... <_<

Important thing I spotted (which no one seems to have mentioned): There is a manage content which includes the ability to delete save data. High scores are stored in the XMB save file which also contains SingStore downloads. So previously, clearing one's high scores required deleting and redownloading all of your SingStore songs. This looks like it fixes that issue.

New store front looks odd, but I guess I'll get used to it. Makes sense having genres hidden away because most people either go straight for new songs or all songs. The huge amount of space dedicated to SingStar Extras is a little off-putting though. Wonder if they'll tone it back once it's no longer new.

I found a bug after the latest patch: after updating, the high score tables for some songs have had all the names in them erased, and only the scores remain.

New scores achieved on those songs are registered correctly with the corresponding names, though.

Anyone else experienced this?

The shirt is very cute: white with bright blue, red and yellow overlapping chat bubbles. It's something I'd totally wear in real life, which is something you can't say about a lot of video game shirts

I really appreciate these Tntnnbltn. It puts London Studio's choices into a better perspective for me at least instead of "GAHHHH WHY DON'T THEY RELEASE MORE AMERICAN MUSIC GAHHH@!I@IOP@!!!!" Not that there aren't still some WTF choices at times still. Also I like particularly giving an extra look at songs that charted in the top 10 and especially top 5 in other countries that didn't chart much at all in the US.

Of course, I cheated as a bastard to be able to do it.

I used a Casio organ to play the voice parts to the following songs:

- Supergrass - "Alright"
- Gorillaz - "19/2000" (Noodle's part)

I'd rather not use this method for any other songs (and I probably wouldn't be able to do it, as I'm no piano player), but it was so easy learning and playing these ones, that I could not resist.

Same here. Low 8000s is the best I've ever been able to pull on even my best songs in Hard mode.

But that's why I love the trophies: it's encouragement to keep working on it. A little more practice and hopefully it'll happen!

It was added March 12.

The US store has been catching up on some good songs, but they are still missing some newly released ones (The Fray, Sara Bareilles, The Bangles) so I wouldn't say they're achieving parity yet.

UMG must be happy with the sales of Abba to want to potentially license a Motown disc. It means we won't get the songs on the Store until hell freezes over though.

As for tracklisting, going by previous Motown songs that have been licensed we'll probably get the Jackson 5, Marvin Gaye, Edwin Starr and Diana Ross and the Supremes, but we might also see some songs by Stevie Wonder, Smokey Robinson, The Four Tops and the Commodores as well.
