Then the game would release but god would buy all the copies since it is a game made fit for the heavens.

I would love to see that happen, but it would only be good if they could make him different to Adult link. The problem with young link in SSB:M is that he was too similar to adult link, whihc made young link pointless really.

exactly. Online would be a nice bonus, but its not going to make a huge difference. Whats important is that I'll be able to play smash bros with other people. There's few games that have a ultiplayer mode as good as the SSB games.

Just wanted to say that every workday, the first thing I do when the computer is started, I go and check out the smashbros dojo site. And when I did so this morning, my jaw almost fell open.. God this is one of, if not the, single best smash bros update ever. Fucking awesome I would seriously buy this game for the amount of awesome music alone.

Eh, I don't think My Music is done by stage, but probably franchise, so that list of Mario songs will appear for any Mario stage (and maybe it's even be possible to cross franchises just for shits and giggles). So rather than 4 pieces of music per stage there might be like 6 (who knows how high this number will go) tracks per franchise or something.

Also, Sakurai confirms that they are also adding some tracks as is from other games. This is getting crazy awesome.

Holy crap @ the custom playlist setup. A feature /so/ many games have always needed, but outside of a handful of racing games, few have ever bothered to implement.

And the shots show /at least/ four songs in each stage, as the arrow pointers indicate the playlist can be scrolled further...

... if there's at least four tracks per stage, from the respective game, how many freakin' tracks is the game going to have? Assuming the primary stages all have a minimum of four tracks (not counting special unlocks like N64 stages), here's some math possibilities:

11 stages (shown so far) = 44

20 stages (estimate, SSBM had over 20) = 80

But if there are once again more stages than characters, we get into mega numbers of tracks. And that's just with four per stage. Army of composers after all!

Being able to weight tracks in My Music is cool, but a true custom soundtrack off of SD would have made it worlds better. I can get any song from any Nintendo game I want in MP3 format, which will eventually include the Brawl soundtrack.
