Why would someone who has 250 million dollars risk going to jail for life for all these crimes you're saying he's committing just so he wouldn't have to pay off someone a value the amounts to less than 1% of hit total worth?

That is the only part about this that makes sense to me. He's got the I can do anything I want because I have money complex. Seriously not even thinking about the possibilities of jail. He's got the I have to much pride to admit I was wrong by paying this settlement complex.

I find it kind of weird that with a 2.1 million dollar settlement that you would feel so free to talk about this on the internet. Any lawyer you could hire for a baloney sandwich would know this and would have already told you not to talk about the case or the settlement, oh I'm sorry ... confidential settlement, in any venue that your words could be recorded and used against you in court.

Talking about the results of a court case is not illegal in any means nor does it have any bearing on what is going to happen. Most of this stuff can be found out easily with a little research. He has not actually given out any information that can be used in any meaningful way for any purpose.

It's not the results of a court case, it's a result of a court settlement. Usually settlements have confidentiality agreements.

You are right. I misread an earlier post from him. I thought it said that the settlement was not just for the charges to be dropped but for confidentiality as well.
