Sucks for final fantasy. Two top tier releases and xv gets the most sales.

But this:
"concerns are pipelines have become too empty, no big titles that can lift up the company's top line over the next couple of years. "

Suck it Square. You get what you deserve for selling Tomb Raider and Deus Ex.

Tri-Ace isn't a Square Enix subsidiary. They just have a really strong publishing partnership with them. They're owned by a holdings company.

You are correct, they were bought by Nepro Japan in 2015:

How does that relationship work?

That’s a good question actually, if DQXII is really in dev hell it all comes down to Visions of Mana. After that it’s owari for Square Enix.

Good thing it’s all a lie by this Motosuzuki dude and SE is just being humble by hiding the success of their recent games.

5 console teams?

1. DQ team
2. FF online team
3. FF16 team
4. Rebirth team

What’s the 5th? Forespken team? Thought they were integrated into other teams
From the last time they announced a reorg, the 5 teams were:
1: Mainline FF and Kingdom Hearts
2: Dragon Quest
3: FF14(online)
4: Small games/remasters
5: Mobile
