yeah nah
fumoffu worked a lot better because it at least had direction and episodic plot
(and the characters are a hundred times better)
nichijou is just random stuff thrown at you in a long line of "is this funny? how about this?"

I liked the second raid. I was under the impression they tried to outdo the second raid and it wasn't well received.

On the current Nichijou, it wasn't bad but frequently there are more misses than hits.

Hm I dunno about that considering most of the cast is downplayed in Fumoffu, which leads to issues later on since a majority of the show relies on Sagara trolling Chidori over and over again.
Maybe the reason I like Nichijou more than most is that I don't really need an plot per episode to enjoy the jokes. I enjoy that the show is pretty varied because of the lack of plot.

Lesson learned from KyoAni is to stick to the tried and true formula and to never diverge from it. Hope you Nichijou haters are happy.

Honestly think they did as good of a job as they could with it.

Personally I love the show but a lot of it's faults come from that it's a great adaptation of something that wasn't very good.

I'm not really certain what there is to dislike about Penguindrum. It's well produced, engaging, consistently progresses the plot, and feels like a very original work.
