edit: Apparently it's not. After 3 calls to various Targets, finally got someone to type it in and said he doesn't "think" it applies to consoles. I'll take it that it doesn't. The first Target I called, which doesn't do trade-ins, the guy said it applied to everything. Glad I waited to confirm before driving 15 miles to get turned away, lol.

I called my gamestop and they said 22 for watch dogs xbox one... so that would be about $35. I'm still trying to find a place online to see gamestop trade in values, i've just been having to call this morning.

I made the dumb dumb dumb mistake of not trading in Madden the last time they had this...for some stupid reason I thought I'd want to play it sometime this month or something. But UFC and FIFA have kept me busy enough.
