I'm trying hard not to laugh at this pic that's clearly showing a girl wearing a sunnysideup hat and a woman who replaced her left hand with a mixing bowl (since it's from a Metal Gear game, I presume she lost her hand when a Metal Gear Rex stomped on it)

That's the SolidEgg, created by Otacon. It allows Sunny to detect minute changes in frying pan temperature. As for Naomi's hand, it was actually lost at Shadow Moses when Cyborg Dom DeLuise lobbed it off with a high frequency mixing spoon.
