The 2nd KT title sounds like an Atelier spinoff, maybe a VN or mobile title?

I had to consult an online encyclopedia to understand what Atelier is and why there are so many games in so many forms and releases, and how these all string together. I was always interested by these games in the Playstation Store but the entire series seem impenetrable.
