I'm in the same boat with windows 10. Due to a program I created, something that updated in windows 7 was making it crash, so I just upgraded and now all is well.

I put my plans to build a new pc on hold indefinitely everything just got expensive and it just put me off it. Plus, I don't find as much excitement in it like I used to.
I saved for it all of last school year because I knew my rMBP wouldn't last me my final year. Ended up spending something like $2387.8x on it total. Got one of the higher end ones and threw that accidental damage warranty on it because of how my rMBP nearly took a total L to some chocolate milk last winter.
I ain't balling, though, I wish.
It's always waiting for when the itch hits. Besides, you may find you're better off doing it come the usual sales in Q4.
I have a pathological fear about liquids being around my electronics. Almost had a 360 get Shyed by some orange soda.

Well that's disappointing. I haven't touched office yet so that's a whole new section of getting used to.
Who you telling getting this to run on my Mac was bullshit enough. Well it was easy just tricky finding drivers.
I was up late getting everything up and running and ended up sleeping in.
Also that PSN capcom discount needs to roll back around asap.
I'm still using Mac commands on a regular basis, it's gonna be hard to break those habits. Good luck with what you're doing, though. You got it, always.
