I see a bit of aliasing, it looks to be using MLAA.

343i pulled some black magic in those cutscenes, certainly the best I've seen on the 360. The difference between those and the ones in Halo Reach is mind blowing.

Well I wouldn't solely blame the tech side for bad game design choices
I do prefer Reach's campaign, in fact it's my fav Halo overall.

Yeah this is the problem. Not to sound negative xenogenesis, but you shouldn't take 1080p screenshots of 720p games.

They're going to most likely use JPGs so if there's any compression I'll just use my Roxio and get them in PNG files like I do with all my other console screens.
