You do realize that those two things (AA and Motion Blur) are things that the 360 is actually better than the PS3 at, right? Those are the exact things that 10MB EDRAM was supposed to help. There is very likely a techical reason why the PS3 version doesn't have AA and motion blur, so if you want to complain to anybody complain to Sony.
Now, given that they could get motion blur on the 360 and couldn't on the PS3 (on a technical level), what exactly do you think they should have done? The only two options I see are take away the AA and MB on the 360 or have uneven platforms, and I would much rather have uneven platforms (ie. let the PS3 benefit from Blu-Ray and let the 360 get AA and Motion Blur). Unless of course you want to take out the PS3 extras...
