They turned the Mistress of all Evil into a comedy duo with Pete so they could push generic JRPG protagonist No. 23453 as the Big Bad. Nope.
Yeah, I hated that. Hopefully the next saga will have a Disney villain as the big bad.
Blessed Billy Zane. But his voice aside, he's booooorrring.I really like Xemnas, his voice acting was so good too.
I prefer Birth By Sleep in general, though I do like 1 more than 2 and DDD.
I'm pretty sure there's no chance of that.
It's literally the only draw back to the Vita imo. I love that you can play PSP, PS1 and PSV games on it, as that covers a large amount of my favourite games. But the fact that BBS is missing is atrocious.BBS is the first one I've felt like came close to the original tonally. That I can't just download it right now for my Vita is a sham.
Play it on the highest difficulty setting, it's much better. When people say 2 is fun to play are they talking strictly on higher difficulties than normal? Because I remember walking into a room and literally only hitting X and not even the control stick and I wiped out the whole room.... found the game pretty boring because of it

They need to fix their shit by 3 though, as iirc it's policy for all XBO/PS4 games to have digital launches too.
Billy Zane voiced Ansem
Paul St. Peter voices Xemnas.
They're both incredible.
Never going to happen. They've already confirmed that it's going to be continuing from the end of 3D, so that means it's going to feature a lot of OG KH characters.I liked KH1.
And I stopped giving a shit from then when the story got beyond stupid. And now I feel it'd be easier to learn an entire language than trying to figure what the fuck is going on.
I hope they hit a massive fucking reset button on the story arch for Kingdom Hearts 3. Get rid of all the stupid, and instead focus on gameplay and focus on a few distinct Disney and Square characters with an endearing plot line.
Get that Nomura nonsense bullshit out of it please, and maybe have one of the Disney writers put together the plot for KH 3.
I really like Xemnas, his voice acting was so good too.
The plot is confusing but I swear you can just read an article on it and understand it far easier than some other franchise plots.glares at MGS
I'd say Birth by Sleep is the best in the series. Dat gameplay system....

Yes. IMO, 2 on anything below Critical is boring as hell. Thing is, one has to play KH2FM to experience how good KH2's system is. I prefer it over BBS, and I also played BBS on critical.
KH1 had the prefect difficutly on normal...was pretty challenging, but not controller throwingly difficultI only played Proud and I thought the difficulty was alright. Some tough battles. 2.5 Remix is going to be awesome with lvl 1 Critical.
You shouldn't play any KH game on the default difficulty.
Jokes? Being pushed away while homing projectiles fly after you isn't that fun.
Ew the gameplay was awful in that game. Super stiff combat, horrible leveling and command decks. Puke. I blame the Osaka Team and not the original. I wish the games didnt rely on this crappy command deck system.
This is what I have heard...KH2FM is one of those games Ive wanted to play since it was announced for Japan only years ago....
also what is the difference between critical and proud mode?

In an ideal world Hunchback would be saved for KH3, where the power of the XB1/PS4 would allow for a fully populated Feast of Fools. Ah well :'(

Sums it up a little better! There was a real sense of "gaining power" in KH1, you'd get obliterated by that damn chameleon in the Tarzan level, but by the time you got to Hollow Bastion (after the bastard duck and dog traitors had returned to your side), you felt a real sense of power.
I can't believe they took two of the most interesting aspects of KH1, the action RPG gameplay and the environments and turned them into card-based gameplay and isometric empty environments. Yech.

KH2FM on critical made KH2 a very strong contender for best game in the series, if not the best.

Addition of Critical Mode:
Compared To Standard and Proud, enemies inflict twice the damage, except for the Mushroom XIII who inflict 1.25× the damage
Several abilities are granted on the third day (Reaction Boost, Finishing Plus, Draw, 2x Lucky Lucky, MP Hastera and EXP Zero)
Roxas's initial AP is 50
AP increases by increments of 3 instead of 2
Compared to Standard and Proud, HP and MP quantities from Bonus Levels are halved (You only get sixty instead of 120 HP)
Compared to Standard and Proud, EXP gained is three-quarters of the normal amount
Save file displays "Critical Mode"
Unlocking the "Birth by sleep" video just requires you to win the Gold Crown
In the PS2 Browser screen, there is a symbol attached to the save data file on the memory card
With all honesty the difference is like night and day. I remember hating KH2 because it lacked exploration, platforming, and had some of the easiest combat out there. This is what I have heard...KH2FM is one of those games Ive wanted to play since it was announced for Japan only years ago....

KH2FM on critical made KH2 a very strong contender for best game in the series, if not the best. The amount of added content and the proper use of the system made the game that much more fun.
I also loved the TONS of extra content in the final mix version. Lots of great optional boss fights as well as a new end-game dungeon.
This is very true and why KH2FM is my fav KH game to date.
All the dude does is ham it up by deepening his voice to ridicilous levels :lol. INDEEEEEED. Tho to be fair his voice is one of the few things I like about him. Xemnas is the worst villain in the series.
