I can buy the wireless syncing and charging, but I can't buy no headphone jack. Everyone in the world has a pair of headphones, I don't think they're going to ditch them and upgrade to expensive wireless headphones just to use the new iPhone. Look at how badly the "special" headphone jack on the iPhone 1 went over. I think that'll stay as it is now, a headphone jack but with the options in place to go wireless via bluetooth.
I'm also not sure they'd ditch the home button. The shape of the iPhone, (and iPod Touch/iPad for that matter) the rectangle with one small circle button, is now iconic. Not only that, but there needs to be the border around the screen for the camera, the ear speaker, and the light and proximity sensors. I really don't think they'd have those holes just floating in the middle of a glass screen.
I could see them ditching the volume buttons, though, if they ever make good on that touch-sensitive backside patent they have. (Which I bet they will, now that the back of the iPhone is glass. I have a feeling this was the first step in that direction) Then instead of pushing buttons to make the volume go up or down you'd swipe up or down on the back of the phone.
