I'll take it. I bowed out of NPD prediction until Q4 this year, but I think I'll stick with it this year. This year was a roller coaster, and next year - especially with the economy - is going to be tough to predict.

I'm the opposite. #67 for the annual while Top 5 in the monthlies. There's something to be said for being able to adjust your predictions as the year plays out. :lol

Hell, Pachter missed hard this year. Mainly on PS3 and Wii. Hell, and NDS too, Nintendo and PS3 totally screwed his predictions.

I don't think TSE does annual predicting. I haven't seen an EEDAR annual prediction, but Jesse2040 would know better. If "that other site" is the "other site" I'm thinking of, they go back and adjust their monthlies, so I don't think we could extract a straight annual prediction from their numbers.

I did a 5-year forecast back in 2007 after Pachter "laid down the gauntlet" with his quotes in sonycowboy's post, if you want to include that.

I'm 18th? Not bad, I thought I would be worse. Seriously, it's hard to predict the DS and the Wii, both don't give a shit about historical data.:lol
I mean, 2008 is the fourth year of the DS. There aren't that many consoles with a significant increase of sales in the fourth after a more than successful third year.:lol
