Sony could do something useful with White Knight Chronicles and turn it into a Vita centered Monster Hunter clone or maybe resurrect an old RPG series and turn that into a Monster Hunter clone. About time we get another Wild Arms or Popolocrois anyway.

There are quite a few upcoming PSP games that should be on that Vita. GE2 is the #1 game since it's being released after the Vita. There's also that rumored Shining game that has Valkyria mechanics. It doesn't even matter if they're cheap ports. Square is releasing Lord of Apocalypse on the Vita and PSP, and it's doubtful that the Vita version will really be much of an upgrade over the PSP version. It'll probably just have additional AA while running at a higher resolution. God Eater 2 would actually look just fine with those things

Yeah, it definitely seems like they changed Ushiro into TT. I don't really like the art change. The girl looks fine, but the redesign for the boy is terrible.

I don't think the vita should be considered a gaming specific handheld at this point. With all the OS features + apps + full games + PSN games + PS Suite games it holds up toe to toe with any great handheld like the iPod.

about custom soundtracks for PSP on PSN games, I know the PSP was already processiong the audio through channels (SE, BGM, etc), at least 5 of them. (saw that via homebrew on psp with IRShell (can mute any channel and play a .mp3 on top of that))

So, then, some custom soundtracks could theoretically also work with psp games on vita...

Also possibly because they want the Vita to do well outside of Japan but an import sale means one less NA or EU Vita sale on the books.
