Does it release tonight at 2am pacific or am I just wasting my time by staying up tonight?
I can't wait for this pack!!!
Archie said:They are both similar, but I personally dislike Trials 2 XBLA. The physics feel overly heavy like I am on Jupiter or something, and the game doesn't have as much polish as the XBLA version.
Woops. I done made a mistake!BolognaSoup said:Wait...what? So which one do you like? Which one feels too heavy? Which doesn't have as much polish?
fatty said:Thanks Archie, I'll go ahead and get the Steam version and see if there is a demo on XLBA for the original.
Archie said:edit: And I am 50 points away from being able to afford the Big Pack. F U and your points system, MS. >![]()

RedStep said:FYI, Trials HD is not the "original", it is the newest Trials game (aka the sequel to Trials and Trials 2). Trials HD is generally (unanimously?) considered the superior game.
cjelly said:Only annoying thing is I had to finish one of the tournaments, as I didn't have the donkey bike, and one of the new Hard levels requires it.
Metalic Sand said:You can buy 400 points on the zune marketplace. Probly accessable online without the client.
Orellio said:Also, count me in the camp that prefers Trials HD to Trials 2. I got 2 from LAST year's Steam sale for 2.50 and loved it.. but after playing HD and going back to 2... it's like the difference between SMB1 and SMB3.
Bebpo said:Quick question. On the first new track on medium if you take the upper route to you get to a ramp that jumps into a fence and two exploding barrels below. No matter what I did I couldn't leap over the fence and since the leadboard ghosts all took the bottom path I have no clue how you actually are supposed to pass that??
Aaaaah!BrokenBox said:You can't pass it. From that point, you're supposed to try and bail over the fence into one of the crates which unlocks a new Achievement.
Orellio said:Ohhh man, 1 Bit Trip (The NES Excitebike style level) is so awesome!![]()
Psychotext said:The new hill climb skill game is excellent.
Bebpo said:Ok, how the heck do you beat this part. 4th to last level of the new batch on advanced. If you've played the level you'd recognize this part:

You can either take the top route (which I can't reach with my skills)
The middle route is IMPOSSIBLE because it's a downslope and you can't hit the checkpoint
The bottom route has a slope -> barrel -> short ramp which isn't enough for me to make it over most of the time. I made it once on accident and then died right after.

Bebpo said:I don't like that one of the new advanced tracks is only playable with a locked bike that requires you to gold medal an easy tournament to get. Sure it's easy, but I can't do multiple tracks without faulting at least a few times so I can't get the back and that means I can't even try the track.
My only complaint about the pack. Oh and I think the last 2 hard levels should have been in the inferno set. I beat all the original hard levels but I can't even get a few checkpoints in on either of these guys.
Otherwise there are some great levels here. Left me wanting for more. Kinda tempted to pick up Trials 2 on PC to get more official tracks and tons of user made ones.
Arpharmd B said:I have to admit I was a little downed that the big pack was only 8 megs. That means, it's basically a pack of custom edited tracks by the developers instead of tracks with all new assets.
