I felt the same way, and I can't blame them for it because topping season 1 would have been incredibly hard. 1 was just too good.

I don't expect 3 to be better than 1 either, but I'm sure I'll still really enjoy it.

I think the main reason people didnt like season 2 is because the characters weren't as likeable as the first season. The new group in season 2 never really bonds with Clem the same way as the first group and so on.

Even though season 2 wasn't as good as the first one I like that they made the new group being less likeable than season 1. After all, not everybody in a zombie infested world are going to be positive and happy people.
