Actually I suppose an ugly icon is closer to being a legit reason than a bad cover, as that's what'll be on display on your system. Doubly so on Xbox where it's just the covers with logos scrubbed off.

Shameful. The Witcher 2 PC standard edition had a making-of dvd, game soundtrack cd, double-sided fold-out world map, 35-page manual, 96-page game guide, a small paper poster and physical coin in a special envelope, and two papercrafts.
That's incorrect. CD Projekt is self publishing TW3 worldwide. Namco and WB are distributing it and marketing it in their respective regions. Thanks to this CDPR can guarantee the same retail quality of the game worldwide. It also means that any decisions in terms of the game art are made by them and them only.
