Exactly. And that's not cause they are "sex scenes" by the way, it's just about how they are directed.sex scenes in Bioware games can be.... creepy. edit: more awkward than creepy though

I don't know, The Witcher 2's sex scenes were less awkward than the first, but they still felt like badly directed softcore porn rather than something that added to the story. Hardly felt like a particularly relevant element though, I mean, aside from one instance with Triss you have to go out of your way to actually trigger one.

The one in ME1 and Liara's in ME3 were fine.
I alt-tab them, they're super dumb. My Shepard didn't sleep with anyone on ME3 for this reason (also her beloved was dead).sex scenes in Bioware games can be.... creepy. edit: more awkward than creepy though
I will pay an embarrassing amount of money for a 360 version. CD Projekt, hear my cry!
Where does it say Cyberpunk 2020, and not, say, V3?
I don't even know what it is.Does anyone even like V3?
Looking good so far IMHO, but on the other hand they didn't show much anyway.
I just hope they don't use a dice roll combat mechanism.
Anything else and fuck them. I don't want some action-RPG.
there are some exceptions.
This isn't Mass Effect or Dragon Age, though the cards in W1 were silly and juvenile. Gotta sex them all!Still don't think really creepy/uncomfortable polygonal sex scenes constitute as "mature".
It has to be. Its based on Cyberpunk 2020, and will be pen and paper. I just don't know how they will pull it off well.
I'm hoping it will be like Kotor 3.5 or something.

It sort of sounds like they'll be using a lot of the mechanics and rules of the actual P&P game. During the announcement CDP's CEO said (paraphrasing)
"Advanced RPG mechanics based on this system. I want really want to stress how important that is. Because with The Witcher games we had to build the mechanics ourselves, so of course we made some mistakes and were learning. Here, we have everything ready"
And they talked about a variety of highly customizable classes. Definitely makes it seem like a different approach than The Witcher. Who knows what exactly it'll be like in the end, but it sounds interesting.
Will there be more at E3? Cause right now this is the only thing I'm interested in seeing
Cyberpunk? Bout time.
CD Projekt?
Shut up and take my money!!
I also hope they idea of "Mature" is not just Cyber-Ploughing Cyber-wenches.
This would be nice -- like in KOTOR, you can have a different menu screen to show all the gory details for people who care.It has to be. Its based on Cyberpunk 2020, and will be pen and paper. I just don't know how they will pull it off well.

For everyone who doesn't care, like in KOTOR, you don't have to see any details about why you actually did XYZ amount of damage. You just know more powerful weapons tend to do more damage, which has been true for like, the last 10 or 20 years of video games.
Otherwise, you end up with an action/shooter game, and bam, all the people who complained about shooters are justified. So either way, you end up with at least one group of people complaining. =P
I'd prefer if they err'd towards the ones who were underserved as of late. I don't mind a shooter RPG so long as it isn't, say, Gears of War, CoD, or Halo but with stats, but it's really disappointing how little beyond Japan is big yet uses a more traditional system. Plus we got Deus Ex for a more heavily Action RPG, especially if SE decides to keep pursuing it.Otherwise, you end up with an action/shooter game, and bam, all the people who complained about shooters are justified. Day 1 if it's PC only.
Cautiously watching if it's not.
Well, it does seem like cyberpunk's mostly a thing of the past as it is, but I also think Zombie games don't really have that much room for exploration, while post-apocalyptic has room if people look into exploring it more seriously (I like how Shin Megami Tensei IV LOOKS like it might be going with medieval touches in the aftermath).I just hope the video game industry doesn't fuck this genre out by the time it hits (like they recently did with zombie games and post-apoc games).
made some avatars from the faces if anyone wants them.

noooooo
not this dice rolling shit.
Amazing annoucement. Perfect combo of genre+developer.

Also, cyberpunk stuff by their art team and on their engine is gonna be quite sexy.

I hope it hits the new consoles after its PC release. I think it could set itself up big just by being early and the only thing of its kind (I assume).
