You are. The obsession with getting a PG-13 rating really hurt action films.

I think a decent list could be made for 2000 through 2009...but there would be more foreign films.

In my opinion that's the reason of our current predicament.

Alright, I have to say Demolition Man is prolly my favorite non-Rocky/Rambo Stallone film. Jesus I could not stop cracking up during that movie, and considering I had like no idea how the plot would turn out (with the wacky San Angeles future and shit) it made it even more unexpected and amazing :lol
