The challenge is to finish three or more games in a month.
It doesn't matter how long or short the games are, or if you're already near the end. Sometimes what counts as finishing a game can be fuzzy, so you can use your own judgement. There aren't any hard rules.
Having this goal can be a good reminder to pick up some old saves, and motivation to continue games through the occasional frustrating times. Some months can be harder than others, and different people have different circumstances, but three can often be an achievable goal to push for.
Please post your goals for the month, and please share your triumphs and setbacks and impressions of the games you play as the month goes by.
How Long to Beat is a big help, as a guide to how much longer a game will take.
Backloggery can be used to keep track of the games you have and haven't finished, to prevent a game from falling through the cracks.
52 Games. 1 Year. 2016. is a thread for if you're looking for a bigger challenge.

I have finished:
Atelier Sophie: Finished on the 7th. A lot of the ways it does things aren't as good as in recent previous Atelier games, but it was still mostly decent. The new 'recipe book' system for progressing through the main story was a mistake.
Tokyo Mirage Sessions: Finished on the 12th. I liked it a lot, though it could be more streamlined by taking out a lot of going back and forth between areas repeatedly, as part of the story or getting new weapons.
The Testament of Sherlock Holmes: Finished on the 13th. It's surprising how similar it is to the most recent two games, just being one larger case instead of several smaller ones. It was going excellently, though towards the end the story became disappointing. I bought the Wii version of Sherlock Holmes: The Case of the Silver Earring a few weeks ago, which I have played only a little of.
Shadow Complex: Remastered: Finished the story on the 14th. I hadn't played the original version, and this version was delayed here until this month. It's frequently impressive. I finished the story and started going back to collect other things. I have explored 90% of the map and have 66% of the items.
Beyond Eyes: Finished on the 24th. A game about a girl with a visual impairment walking around searching for a cat. As part of the concept suggests, she can not see far in front of herself and she can be mislead by assumptions and sounds, about what is around her. These are represented visually for the player. But slow movement, invisible walls that can be too wide around objects, and intentional object pop-in are a bad combination.
The Walking Dead: Michonne: Episode 1: Finished on the 28th. The story became interesting but there was a lot less gameplay than in other Telltale episodes I've played. It kept the pacing good at least.
The Walking Dead: Michonne: Episode 2: Finished on the 29th. It was a continuation of the overall good pacing and improving story of the first episode.
The Walking Dead: Michonne: Episode 3: Finished on the 31st. It was good, succinct ending. At about 55 minutes long it was surprisingly short though.
