The "phenomena" outlined in the link are all explained away easily by known scientific principles. Or they're just fundamentally wrong.

There are some out there ideas that could be real, like, the entire of our universe being a simulation, but if your idea involves "holograms", you had better have a darn good explanation for it.

There are three spatial dimensions easily accessible and manipulatable by macroscopic objects. I don't see how anyone can think this is not true.
You can move your arm forwards, then to the side, then up/down, or all three at once. This is true for basically any object. If string theory, or something similar, turns out to be correct (big if), then there are more dimensions.
I can't comprehend how that can be understood as "Holograms!".

I haven't read any holoverse theory stuff in a long time so I don't remember specifics but proponents of it don't say the universe is a hologram but use a hologram as a metaphor for how the universe works.

...so why do we have any non-Arctic routes? Atlantic and Pacific routes from Eurasia to the Americas are much longer in a flat-world.

If the Earth were truly a sphere 25,000 miles in circumference, airplane pilots would have to constantly correct their altitudes downwards so as to not fly straight off into “outer space;” a pilot wishing to simply maintain their altitude at a typical cruising speed of 500 mph, would have to constantly dip their nose downwards and descend 2,777 feet (over half a mile) every minute! Otherwise, without compensation, in one hour’s time the pilot would find themselves 31.5 miles higher than expected.

My pilot friend told me that he always has to dip the nose to stop this from happening. After he told me he disappeared

Exactly, the earth isn't flat like a piece of paper, but flat like a hologram of a piece of paper. I wonder if some people have esp-like senses and are more intuitively aware of these things; probably explains why it sounds so ridiculous to us normal people. It's practically a different language.

Yeah, the explanation in those models is that there is a connection between a 4 dimensional theory (3 space + 1 time) using quantum field theory and a 5 dimensional theory (4 space + 1 time) using General Relativity. This is like a hologram, where something that's actually 2 (space) dimensional has information encoded that makes it look 3 dimensional.

Not a joke. Religion can be blinding sometimes. Earth's gravity is weaker at the equator and stronger at the poles. The equator is slightly further away from the center of gravity than the poles, and the force of the centrifugal spin counteracts gravity a little bit.

The difference is that it's almost imperceptable, since the mass is more uniformly spread in a sphere than it is on a disc, gravity-wise. This is why large objects form spheres.
