The "phenomena" outlined in the link are all explained away easily by known scientific principles. Or they're just fundamentally wrong.
There are some out there ideas that could be real, like, the entire of our universe being a simulation, but if your idea involves "holograms", you had better have a darn good explanation for it.
There are three spatial dimensions easily accessible and manipulatable by macroscopic objects. I don't see how anyone can think this is not true.
You can move your arm forwards, then to the side, then up/down, or all three at once. This is true for basically any object. If string theory, or something similar, turns out to be correct (big if), then there are more dimensions.
I can't comprehend how that can be understood as "Holograms!".
I haven't read any holoverse theory stuff in a long time so I don't remember specifics but proponents of it don't say the universe is a hologram but use a hologram as a metaphor for how the universe works.
