Vicarious Visions put together a Spotify playlist to hold you over. Unfortunately, the Spotify playlist only includes 18 songs, while the two original soundtracks featured 26 songs combined, so it's likely that the playlist is missing a few of the songs that will be in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 and 2.

Here are all the songs whose artists show up in the art but not the playlist:

  • "Vilified" by Evenrude
  • "Screamer" by Speedealer
  • "Nothing To Me" by Speedealer
And here are the songs missing from the playlist and the art:

  • "Bring the Noise" by Anthrax & Public Enemy

I hope the success of this game leads to a remake of Underground. I really like the punk-to-pro storyline of it.

Also I'd like to punch Eric Sparrow in his stupid bitch face in 4K. Fuck him.
 
Is that the full soundtrack? Definitely missing some bangers, but we got No Cigar, so ok.

Still not convinced this'll b good - they've let me down too many times.

Man, losing Bring the Noise, Out with the Old, and Cyco Vision is kind of a huge loss. That stings.

New songs wouldnt be bad to replace them as long as they put some money into them rather than choosing just the cheap to licence ones. What new songs would go well for these games?

Sony needs to get this set up in the PSN store so I can pre-order. Its been up on MS store for a couple days now. Help me give you money Sony!! (I just want to play the demo ASAP.... whenever it drops)

I think Sony are deliberately holding back pre orders at the moment till the games conference. Theres like 4 games available to pre order on the UK store and that's it.

Oh come on. 10+ free tracks, loads of new characters, community events all fully unlockable without paying anything.

It's not predatory at all and the base offering was already above and beyond expectations. And people wonder why gamers are so entitled.

The song later appeared in the soundtrack of the popular skateboarding video game Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, after being licensed by the former Dead Kennedys. This licensing caused criticism from many Dead Kennedys fans, who used it to assert that East Bay Ray, Klaus Flouride, and D.H. Peligro are no longer committed to the band's anti-corporate beliefs, unlike vocalist Jello Biafra; however, Alternative Tentacles gave approval for the song to appear in the game. Biafra denies that this happened.

This soundtrack reminds me of why I cranked up Fatboy Slim and The Prodigy when playing the original with friends back in 99.

No way bro, levels got too big in 4 and it lost that insane tightness of the previous ones. You can combo one corner to the next in 2 and 3. Manuals in the second and transfers in the 3rd are such an awesome gradative way to increase combo possibility, although I'm not crazy about transfers. Levels in 3 are the absolute peak in the series. I'll admit putting 1 ahead of 4 was due to nostalgia though lol.

It sounds like I'm shitting on 4, but that's not my intention because that game is a masterpiece. It's just that the original quadrilogy is otherworldly and hard to pick between them.
 
STILL not available for pre-order on PS Store! Come on already Sony. I am trying to give you money. I know there is no date for the demo drop yet, so there is no rush. But I just want to know I pre-ordered so I can move on.

Yh like TH bought its own house at age 17 just from skating. And he never stopped hes still making new trick to this day. And what a honest man.
