I wish Hoyt would have reacted differently. In that I wish he would have told Jessica to go fuck herself.

Other than that, the show's going to end next week! Finally.

Hoyt isn't happy unless he's someone's bitch.

Because vampires have been nerfed for at least 2 seasons now.

I'm sayin'.

Remember when Bill was A Fucking God? It would've been really dope to have him go on a murder rampage chasing the night, like murder a town and then run real fast a few hundred miles west and then murder another town and then continue on west, keeping himself in perpetual night. But True Blood doesn't care about Sick Radical Gnarly Vamps, it just cares about magic vaginas and being boring.

The series finale is Yakuza vs a fairy vs some vampires.

Who'd have thought that at the very beginning 7 years ago.

Ginger made me laugh though. Bless her.

I hope after this show is done we'll see Eric and Pam do more things in shows/films. I'm gonna miss their characters but I'll still keep an eye out for their future works.

yeah Eric is an amazing actor I watched generation KIll just for him really hope to see him in other stuff... such an amazing actor.... <3 <3 <3

Why can't Eric just kill all the Yakuza?

Really, even more ridiculous when he wiped out bunch of the Yakuza just a few episodes ago by himself. Really a bad episode. I don't care about any of these relationships anymore and this episode focused primarily on those with very little Eric.

I hate that throughout the whole run we didnt get a single arc involving a 'vampire hunter.'

We've seen plenty of people that hunt vampires, if only rednecks looking for some V.

But if you mean like, a Van Helsing type of character...I don't think this universe really lends itself to that. Vampires are "out", and these vampires are too strong, too fast, and too many for a single regular to sort of "hunt".

Why am I watching this trainwreck? I think its because you're just so use to familar faces every Sunday at a late hour...really I can't believe how bad these last seasons were.

The ONLY good thing this season is Andy proposed, that literally got the best reaction from me.

I've just gotten my best friend hooked on this show so I'm watching season one. Man, its such a different show. I feel kind of guilty because I know how awful it's going to get but.. well, she's hooked. I got her to watch Game of Thrones recently and every season just got better and better. I think she's going to be pissed with me soon and I'm not going to have any chance to get her to watch any other shows based on just my recommendation.

Ginger and Eric sex scene is the best thing so far. The Andy proposal is pretty damn good though.

Is it sad that this season has been so bad that I had already totally forgotten about Andy's proposal until reminded of it here?

Why don't you just tell her that it declines in quality later on?

To be honest, I didn't realize until last night that she wanted to keep watching. We watched 2 or 3 episodes last week and she seemed noncommittal. I'll say something once this season is over. I didn't realize how late Eric and Pam become more regular members. We're on episode 7 and we've only seen them like once.

Long hair Eric > Short hair Eric.

The show's tone was so much better back than, way more grounded and serious. There was also a sense of mystery. Before everyone got powers and the vamps became stupidly overpowered.

And Lizzy Caplan... Oh man.

Guys.

The series finale airs in 4 days.

In 4 days True Blood will be over.
Thank god.

Just caught around to the penultimate episode. There's so much focus of Brigette, it's not even funny. The actress is so beautiful it hurts, but this is a character the second-to-last episode is heavily focused on. A character that we've met only 2 other times. Who showed up in the last season. A character who's not even a series regular.

Who at this point has 58x more lines than Tara this whole season and might have even surpassed Sam at this point lol. Remember Sam, guys?

Thank god for Ginger though.

He can kill these yakuza but they'd just send more to fuck him over. He's sired two vamps that'd be stake chow if he went off, and that's forgetting the danger to Sookie.

I still kind of wish he'd gone for it though.

I kind of wonder what the were panthers are up to.

Honestly, getting someone into this show, at this point, should be a crime. It's terrible and selfish. It's a shame they didn't bring in even one single person to run the show who could direct it in an interesting way. Instead we are stuck with people who have no clue what to do with what they have been giving.

It's so we'll be okay with her ending up with Jason because they (stupidly) felt the need to pair him (and everyone else) up with someone (which is, like, the absolute laziest way of ending a story) in time for the finale.

Let me save this, may have some use in popgaf

Jesus, it's not like I got her watching Dexter lol. True Blood has had its bad moments (I personally hated Eric and the witch stuff more than anything) but I've mostly enjoyed it. I'm also sad to see it end though it is definitely time.

I think it's funny that they went out of their way to say she is a molecular biologist, then went absolutely nowhere with that. Unless she's
going to cure HepV or something? But Newmy already did that...

Just a joke - she was this up and coming, highly intelligent person that threw it all away after glimpsing Eric for the first time.

That was both the funniest and most fucked up scene in the show. Sarah chasing after some woman was ridiculous and I couldn't stop laughing, but then bashing her head in and stabbing her with a stiletto, was too much.
