There is a provision in the 25th Amendment. The Vice President has to initiate it. He then needs to get either the majority of the Cabinet or Congress to agree. Things would need to get way, way worse for Pence, or Congress to even consider it I think.
Hey, don't put words in my mouth. I didn't use the words fake news. I just don't trust the Huffington Post on principle to have quality reporting. You say no one is going to run with it, but I just don't see someone going "OK, this is nuts, let me text the Huffington Post that I have a scoop." I don't doubt that the source actually works at the White House but rumors can be misreported for any number of reasons - exaggerations, extrapolations, or just being a secondhand source. And you know, if the story is actually him offhandedly asking a question to a "friend" after finishing a call about other matters like Yemen, then that's a lot more benign than the lede here which is Trump frantically calls his National Security Advisor whether we want a strong dollar or a weak dollar instead of asking his treasury secretary or whoever chairs the fed.Why does any story get covered by one outlet before the others get it? No one is going to run something like this without multiple, trustworthy, sources.
I bristle at calling something like this Fake News. This is just reporting, sometimes reporting gets things wrong, but I still wouldn't call that fake news .
Fake News is when people spin up entire fake websites that spew shit for Facebook impressions.
Yes but it's on congress or voluntaryDo... do we have laws in place for when the POTUS is physically or mentally unfit for office? We do have something, right? Anyone? Bueller?

Also, does even he sleep? 3AM seems to be his prime hour of working and being obnoxious on twitter.
That's what baffles me. The man has never been a successful businessman. I mean fuck, the 40+ year old people that voted for him should know this, he was a renowned JOKE in the late 80's early 90's for what a shit business man, mizer, and awful human being he was.
How do these people forget this so quickly? Because he has a bunch of gold stuff and his name on some casinos?
This has to be dementia or something. Trump's always been a dumbfuck but if there's one thing he knows, it's money.
Where do stories like this even come from? If it's a 3am call then you'd think only Trump and the other guy would be privy to it.
Holy fuck, if this is any other presidency there would be doubt about qualifications
Really hoping he breaks Harrison's record
I have taken care of people with Parkinson's and there is a lot in his behavior that seems similar. Loss of mental sharpness, lack of sleep, increased belligerence and racism, those odd handshakes I linked in the OP could be signs of dyskinesia. Everyone laughs that Trump is afraid of stairs, but stairs and slopes were the first thing that the Parkinson's patients I looked after had trouble with.
It's something to keep an eye on.

because who is gonna hear this shit at 3am in the white house
Did he use this phone though
I'm scared right now.Wow.
His camp accused Hillary of having Parkinson's and hiding it. Given his pattern of projection...
All makes sense now. Having a conference call to set the agenda with Emperor Putin before his day starts in Washington.
Nothing says The American Dream quite like deficient mental health care for old people. Is there not any medical (Physical and mental health) checks done on presidential nominees? and then again before taking power? and then regularly? I mean jesus H Christ! my car has to have a yearly check up to see if its road worthy, and yet the POTUS seems to be allowed to be running an entire country with some serious faults!
