I think there should be a clarification in the article. Last week when Trump invited Putin to Washington, he meant to say "wouldn't" as in "not isn't wouldn't couldn't be absolutely lovely if Putin can come to the White House definitely ", almost like a triple bigly negative, the best triple negative folks.
