Another run ruined by Dusclops 
We need a somewhat consistent strategy to get through Phoebe. One way or another she ends up defining the run. Tenta's surf seems to OHK the Bannetes, maybe 2 hits for the Dusclops duo?

A lot of Hoenn's E4 are stall/semi-stall oriented. We can't cope with attritional damage.

Apparently we were one Pokemon away and then we got hit by a critical earthquake.
One hidden power from Tentacruel (our last pkmn) against Wallace's Gyarados (his last pkmn on that run)... Then he sweep the floor with EQ+Critical Hit+Super Effective

Closest I've seen was Tentacruel vs Gyarados. Gyarados won after Dragon Dancing twice and getting a critical hit with Earthquake.
Happened today I swear the Gyarados got off like 4 dragon dances. Awesome how they actually have tactics.

A troll just has to enable bot and leave. When the dev is done, there's like 0% effort on a troll's part except to pop-in now and then to replace a bot that was banned.

The problem is, if a moderator bans too many people on Twitch in quick succession they get an automatic timed ban. I don't really know what you can do about bots.
