If he had read it on CagePotato or whatever, sure but that's what his own handlers told him. They're the ones who messed up.
And he's stupid enough to believe it no questions asked? He's a paranoid crybaby already.

I'm calling the fight goes to decision in a close fight ala shogun/machida 1. In before Dana's Atlanta Screw Job.
This whole thing is hilarious, btw Dana has mos def made wagers on fighters in the past, I doubt anything with the bookmakers, but it makes their legal stance even more flimsy.

Yeah, I know Dana is a saint and morally incorruptible but I don't blame Rashad for believing his managers.

Eh comeon. Watched that video and it's really nothing, just Dana being cool and friendly with Wanderlei, "betting" in jest on what a decision will be after a fight and whatever opposite of Wanderlei just to fuck around.
There's plenty of shit to get on Dana for besides that.
"The claim that Mr. White would financially wager on the outcome of a UFC event is outrageous in the extreme. Indeed, in the verified complaint we are presently preparing for Mr. White's signature upon his return from Abu Dhabi, Mr. White expressly states under oath that at no time in the history of his association with the UFC has he ever financially wagered on the outcome of a UFC event."
Who was the crybaby coach on TUF? Didn't see Rashad going HAM on a door.
I feel like Rashad is building up for a "my head wasn't in the right place" excuse after this fight. My ex-gym was against me, the UFC was against me, Dana was against me etc.
oh the fallout would be epic due to the sponsorship thingI'm calling the fight goes to decision in a close fight ala shogun/machida 1. In before Dana's Atlanta Screw Job.

I don't like either Jones or Rashad so I don't care to continue this. Still have no idea how Rashad was the unlikable coach on TUF though.
I'm flying out to ATL tonight, will get there early in the morning... HYPE
Some of my ex army friends are going to be at the fight too. Wish I wasn't a broke college student.
Your latin sugar mommas got your back my man.
Because he lives for drama and is all about drama. What Jones says about Rashad's cliques pretty much sounds true since he was acting like that on TUF. Rampage is Rampage, he just acts stupid all the fucking time, so that's expected. Sometimes he does funny shit, sometimes he does asshole shit.
I've never seen a fighter so hung up on all the other people around him like Rashad. It's like he's a middle school girl or something.
Shit, Rashad needs to go watch The Breakfast Club and have a good cry or something.
Interesting to see how Jones thinks vs Shad when asked who the best lhw of all time was, Shad went with Chuck and Jones said Tito cuz he has the most title defenses.
I didn't see it that way. Rashad called Rampage a shitty coach who didn't care about his team and QRJ basically agreed with him. Quinton is one of my favorite fighters but I can't defend his performances on TUF.
Except the point is the fighters train with their teams and its a reality show. The actual fighters as "coaches" don't do jack shit with regards to training anyone really, its the REAL coaches around them. They're fighters, not coaches, and they're on just to make a show of it.
That's what the crap coaches do. Good coaches like Tito, Pulver, Serra and even Brock (when he was there) did help with actual coaching. Rampage didn't do anything for his team except provide bad cornering (GET UP ABE!).
Look Natural, it's pretty obvious the reason you don't like Rashad is because of his race. Just come out and say it buddy.![]()
LOL. Well I guess that says it all.
There are already people waiting in line at the Fox Theater in ATL for the Chael Sonnen Q&A and weigh ins tomorrow. WTF.
MAIN CARD
Bantamweight bout: Miguel Torres vs. Michael McDonald
Jones just called himself the number 1 ranked fighter in the world.
He ain't lying.
Meh, Anderson is the best.
I'm kinda sad we don't have more casuals in here so far. I figure this would at least draw a little more than your average UFC fan, but I guess only Brock can do that.
Funny looking at old UFC threads how many different people posted about MMA that don't now. And I don't mean wrestling-GAF transplants. They're gone man, way gone. In the head that is.
The casual folks don't show up until fight night.
Also sad, maybe not but just about how the card is. Like 0.0000001% of posts in this thread have been about the other fights on the card. Combined. A guy I don't recognize just posted something about McDonald-Torres so he's probably the only one to actually look at the undercard. Except for the "GRIGGS" reference once in a while.
Sad stuff.

I'm probably looking forward to the Travis Browne fight the most, just cuz I need another Hawaii fighter to root for with BJ retired and Kendall sucking.
I'm more excited to see future Welterweight kingpin Rory MacDonald back in action than I am for the main event but I can't have a conversation with myself. Not in public anyway.
