Drake dies twenty minutes in and you play as Sam.
I will punch James Franco in the throat if that happens. I'm still mad about MGS2 and Halo 2.

It's irritating because I want to experience an entire game, not half of it.
ND bring back unlockable cheats. those made U2 sooooooooo goooooooood
Taking bets on whether at some point in the game you end up playing as Sam or not.
of course you do
Worrying lack of talk regarding Sully in that list. I hope he won't take a backseat to the extent that he did in Among Thieves. I mean it's Sully; the old guy is practically the best thing about the franchise.
Uncharted 2 was plenty long enough for me.It will be the longer Uncharted game as well.
Calling it!
Uncharted 2 was plenty long enough for me.
Uncharted 2 was plenty long enough for me.
It still has all the uncharted humor, I like that. Everything we've seen so far is super serious.

Make all Sully levels turret escort/on-rails levels so they don't have to worry about the old guy falling and breaking his hip. Boom, GOTG.
Loving the sound of levels being more open to tackling how you like. Day -1 I need this in my life ND the Gods.

I hope by multiple paths they really mean multiple paths and not just... two different paths. With "multiple" being touted I'd expect at least three different paths. Oh and it better not be limited to only a few sections of the game -- I better be able to branch off in nearly every combat scenario.
Don't lock me into a combat scenario and force me to kill everybody to cause a trigger to happen so I can move forward. I hope that's something they've taken as a lesson learned because if I manage to sneak past everyone I should be able to move forward to the next section.
And there were parts in TLOU where you're forced to kill everyone in a combat section despite how much more open and how the game encourages you to sneak. Definitely don't like that and hope it's not going to happen here, either.
I hope they take their standard jeep sequence set piece and make it boat jumping.
Don't know why you would want that with the different tones the franchises have.No mention of TLOU gore?
"At the start of U4 Drake is living an happy life with Elena, then Sam appears"
All I needed to know. E is back thankfully. I hope she is still a big part of the story.
Are there new screens in the magazine? Will help me decide if I'm buying it
No new screenshots.
I think that "A thief's end" points to his brother dying at some point. But we'll see.
- Takes places 3 years after U3
- Showed multiple paths, one finding an extra cave, other bypassing a group of enemies
- Focusing on navigational freedom for this entry
- In the demo they showed Drake taking a more riskier climbing route, that almost makes him fall in the sea
- All paths have consequences, there's no "Golden path"
No mention of TLOU gore?
recks said no

Says you're not going to spend the whole game on the island, teases snowy and urban enviroments
No mention of TLOU gore?

Uncharted is a third person shooter so it is going to have forced shooting sequences for sure. The stealth is for providing combat options and breaking line of sight and not for doing no kill escapes throughout the game.Of course I am sure parts of the game may allow the player to do that but you will def have to shoot dudes in the face in the game.
Shocking. Multiplayer confirmed.

Man, I want to see Chloe and Cutter. Especially Cutter, that guy was my favorite Uncharted 3 character.
Please be like U2 multiplayer before the last patch.
...I can't tell if this is sarcasm or if you fail at critical thinking.
Open ended designed means more dynamic combat and exploration, you're still getting from point A to point B.
What, when Mass Effect gets announced do you smash the wall over having branching paths and choices?
