Upcoming Vita Games (OVER ~350 games with screens inside!) || 2015 Edition ||

Guys, guys every other 3rd party game gets a Vita version but the game that debuted on Vita gets shit, fuck you Sony fuck you ;_; I'm gonna be salty for weeks.

Fuck you too Sony, no GR2 for Vita? :( (not that I was expecting, but the inevitability doesn't make it less of a dick move)

Honestly I would rather the sequels be free to create larger more expansive worlds on consoles without having to worry about Vita versions.

Accoording to IGN, North America is getting a new Vita color later this year! The Aqua Blue Vita launches this November for $199.

Here is the source. Scroll to the last paragraph!http://m.ign.com/articles/2015/09/15/tgs-2015-sony-reveals-fresh-new-ps4-wireless-headset-controllers-hdd-bay-covers

There is zero doubt in my mind that I'll be picking this up.

It was announced two weeks ago. ;)

I wish Play-Asia would hurry up and announce the release dates of Resi Revelations 2 and Nobunaga's Ambition :(

Nobunaga's Ambition Vita is guaranteed purchase from me. Really excited to get my hands on that if it's in English.

Wow, Play Asia thinks that's there's going to be a Yakuza game for the Vita. Are they getting confused with the companion apps for Ishin and Zero?

I don't think Play-Asia can remove listings once they put them up.

There's also Lost Planet for Vita. They listed them when those tech demos were shown for the console when it was first revealed.

They've also still got things like Chronos Materia up (not yet formally cancelled but clearly never coming) and Helldivers English (a misunderstand based on the fact the PS4 version has a download version).

Seiken densetsu remake for Vita/ioS announced

http://m.neogaf.com/showthread.php?t=1113032&page=1

Trailer:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=m7TqD87JfWE

AKA Mystic Quest (GameBoy, EU) FF adventure (Gameboy, US), Sword of Mana (GBA remake). It's the first game in the Mana series, which would then be followed by awesome SNES ARPG Secret of Mana.

Some interesting notes translated by Duckroll in the thread: apparently they are remaking this in 3D so that a) they can then work on other titles in the series, b) the anniversary is coming up and c) a PS4 release will follow.

Interesting times for Mana fans...

Pixel Noir is up on Kickstarter. Only $10/$15 for a Vita version of the game. :)

Thought this summer it up well:

I missed this the first time. But...

Yeah, I'm in.

The Amiga Brotherhood
Fady K scratch Agito+ from the list, it was cancelled.

The sooner vitabros will forget the whole type 0 thing, the better.

I've got a lingering feeling that GR2 might (at least momentarily) take the place of that.

Anyway, does TBoI:R Afterbirth have a set price for Vita?

This is the first time in a long time that I've been completely satisfied with Vita showing at a conference. I mean, holy shit. Looking forward to 2016 most definitely.

The Punch Line trailer links to the Odin Sphere article.

Right you are, fixed!

In some barely related news, it seems Novarama are still working on Vita:

https://www.linkedin.com/in/danisanchezcrespo

"Novarama is currently working on projects for PSVITA, PS4, PS4, IOS and Android."

He lists Invizimals: The Resistance as a product that's already out, so must be something else.

It's pretty bizarre how SCE as a whole are shunning Vita yet there's this little pocket of development in Spain (Stormbasic/Novarama/Virtual Toys) that just keep chugging along putting stuff out on it. Even though it's all mostly just cheap cash-in stuff, it's still something.

Also, I've no idea if this was posted before, but Panic Button Games (ported Disney Infinity 2.0 to Vita) are developing a Vita/PSTV game too:

http://www.panicbuttongames.com/games.php

"Developing multiple projects for PS4, PS Vita, PlayStation TV, Xbox One, mobile, and consumer goods (console, mobile, & handheld, 2015, 2016)."

Disney Infinity 3.0? Wouldn't be completely out of the blue at least (and I might actually be interested this time, Star Wars!)

Thanks Kresnik

Happy to see Samurai Warriors 4: Empires coming to Vita, will get not to mention finally getting Heroes of Loot, feels like I've been waiting on that game for seemingly forever. Massive Star Ocean fan so of course Second Evolution Vita is getting a pickup even though I already own the previous 2 versions.

Speaking of Warriors, looks like Dynasty Warriors Online Z is coming to Vita (credit: Gematsu)

If I was to import the English version of the new Gundam game would I be able to use it without making a new PSN account and also would I be able to get the DLC (I think those games tend to add new Mobile Suits through DLC if I am not mistaken?)

Yes, you can use a physical Vita game with an account from another region.
No, you can't purchase DLCs if you're not using a PSN account from the same region as the game. Patches are fine, though.

Does Spike Chunsoft have a panel? I wonder if we will get any Zero Escape 3 info (unlikely though, since it's more geared towards the West).

Looks like SCEE's next Vita exclusive aimed at kids is 'Phineas and Ferb: Day of Doofenshmirtz', due out early November.

1x8JbZ6.jpg

No screens or anything yet I don't think.

It's also getting a hardware bundle in Spain.

Yup, fits with the amazon listing and that IGN article.

So judging by that:

Looks like we've still got Monsters University & Haunted Mansion to come :p

Found a copy of Persona 4 DAN yesterday and IA/VT arrived a few moments ago from Play Asia! I'm in rhythm heaven right now.

I've been going through the story mode of Persona but I'll be honest, I've just been skipping all the text, lol. I bought it for the gameplay (which doesn't disappoint at all). Maybe sometime down the line I'll sit and read but for the moment, I could do without it.

I've played my fair share of rhythm games and this one is no slouch. It can definitely get confusing at times. Rhythm game fans, you have another great game to add to your library!

I can't imagine how hard All Night difficulty is...

Going to give IA/VT a try in a few.

Getting it from Play Asia means they imported it :p.

Maybe I worded it wrong lol. IA/VT came from play asia. US version of Persona was bought at a local store.

First impression of IA/VT: damn, these songs are long. I dunno how I feel about that. I enjoy playing songs and going for all perfects but I may give up on that due to song length. That's just a personal thing. Presentation wise, it's awesome. I think I was more surprised by the manual inside the case, lol.

Yeah, I've played through all the songs twice now, I think 3:30 is the sweet spot for songs. 5 minutes is a bit long for these kinds of songs in my opinion, there is one song that is around 7:30 minutes long (and its not really all that fun either to play). On the other hand there are a couple of really short songs...

That short nit pick aside the game itself is excellent, really fun and has plenty of content. I've finally cleared 100 perfect songs, now I'm just working on the hard and step up modes.

Went to an EB, bought all the JRPGs on clearance. Observed the Asian man next to me look sad as I left him nothing but a preowned copy of Unit 13.

These dying retail spaces are an adventure for a treasure hunter!
