Another fantastic game, especially if you have friends to play with, which is rarely cited is Micro Machines 64 (N64)/Micro Machines V3 (PS1).
One of the favorite game of our weekly retrogaming club.

Kind of sort of. If you ever played Tetris Attack on the SNES, it's that with a Pokemon skin.

I loved the hell out of Beetle Adventure Racing and Top Gear Rally back in the day. TGR blew my mind with its customizable paint jobs and I thought the weather looked as real as you could get.

Also Diddy Kong Racing is a shame.
