What color do you prefer your next gen consoles to be?

Black with a glossy finish on the front.
I'd really love to see something 1970s receiver/amp (think Marantz/Sansui/Kenwood etc) with a glass front panel and readouts for player controllers, wi-fi, audio output, etc; but that will never happen (at least at a low cost)

Shiny Piano-black like the PSP, no details, all ports hidden, completely flat on all surfaces.

White looks cheap as hell. Black is beautiful and will never get out of style. Metallic, like AV Receivers, would be fine with me as well.

Not glossy white.
But yeah, I really don't care about the color that much. I guess matte black or glossy white.
Blue like that Titanium Blue PS3, white/black, or grey. That is, as primary colors, I'd like some more secondary colors so long as they made sense IE the PS2's blue, Xbox's green, or SNES's purple.
I don't mind as much on consoles, but it honestly frustrates me when color choices are limited on handhelds. That's an area where I want more of a personal touch, plus it helps keep your's a bit more distinct from other peoples without throwing stickers and crap on them.

I'm fine with any color, but..please, stop with the glossy/shiny finish (at least on controllers)!
It look great in pictures, but it doesn't work for controllers and in consoles it becomes a dust magnet specially if it's either black or white.
Or do it like the DSiXL glossy finish, but with matte/rough too were you hold it. So, at least make the controllers matte.

Black, definitely. But with handhelds I love a full rainbow of options. Rainbow Vitas need to happen so bad.

Honestly, if I could have any color it'd be green. But being more realistic I'd prefer white, particularly just like the 360 was originally. It didn't show dust and fingerprints like the PS3 did when it first came out.

Black, matte or gloss. Other colors would be ok if they were darker, like forest green, blood red or navy blue. Bright colors make them look like toys and white looks like something that belongs in the kitchen or bathroom.

Matte black would be fine for me. But I'd like to see the shape of the consoles before saying anything definitive. I mean, they could look better in pink rather than black.
