Zelda
Mario
Metroid
Pokemon
Fire Emblem
Phoenix Wright
Mother
Mega Man.
Ogre Battle/Tactics Ogre

Basically, all the classic franchises from Konami/Square Enix/Nintendo/Capcom , as well as some relatively recent series composed by sakuraba and the Phoenix Wright series.
