Is it by any chance the game listed under your own Mii's "Been playing:"?
Yeah

Yeah
Same with MH3U on mine... maybe a bug is making the other Miis wander because of how the logged in Mii mingles or something.
This. Rayman is excellent and free!
Maybe the other Miis just don't want to hang around with you guys.
Miiverse still takes forever to load, was that not part of this update? I'm sorry Nintendo, still not good enough imo![]()
Well, I open the settings multiple times a day when I play NFS (toggling between butter-smooth, freeze-less offline play and the normal online modus operandi) and I don't give a fuck. So yeah. The system settings are a discrete app, not part of the system menu, so don't expect that to improve drastically. And really, it's not like you open the settings five times a day, so who gives a fuck?
Yep! Challenges App doesn't cost anything. Very good fun.Rayman's free, wtf?
This update has been very disappointing. I swear apps take longer to load than before. I still see "Please wait" pop up as well. Biggest improvement is the time closing apps.

I'm sure it's been asked a bunch, but why is the systems settings menu still so slow to open up?? like everything else is relatively fast, but that system settings menu just boggles my mind.
Also I feel like while the OS is faster, it's really inconsistent...like sometimes it's lightening quick, and sometimes it will look like it goes fast, but then just freeze up for like 15 seconds then work again (or sometimes it will show the wii u menu, but then have a small loading screen pop up for like 10 seconds).
I'm not sure what it is, but it could sure use some system stability updates like the 3ds
was there the "tilt to scroll" in the web browser before the update? Pretty neat and worked well for me last night.
Mix of both I'm sure. It's frozen more time in the past 5 months than my 360 did the first few years.Either your Wii u is fucked or you have terrible time perception
I don't like the fact that people can see what website your browsing.
When I click on the Rayman Challenge App, for example, it hangs for a good 3-5 seconds before the picture shows up on my gamepad, where it then sits for another 3-5 seconds. The picture came up quicker before and from there I was able to proceed a little sooner if not in the same amount of time.

What? Uh, Nintendo, that's probably a bad idea.
A good thing they have a button that quite literally shuts the curtains on people watching, then.
I've noticed a slight pause between the time when you launch an app and when the splash screen appears as well. Probably helps the perceived load times seem slower since the splash screen appears for a shorter time...
Wait wait wait, I think I just imagined context for that. I somehow understood that to mean that friends can see that you're using the browser in the friend list and what website you're visiting.
I need to sleep.
As has been mentioned repeatedly system settings is its own full blown application so has similar load times to games, but seeing as most people never go near system settings does it really matter
Huh? How?That's exactly what it means. People on your friends list can see what website your browsing.
Can't you disable that? I recall that on the 3DS friends list you can. That's exactly what it means. People on your friends list can see what website your browsing.

Yeah, except we having people physically timing these and getting significantly lower times so it isn't just a matter of perception
Lol no they can't, all I see is the browser icon on my friendslist
I don't know if this relates to the update or not, but my plaza screen is behaving oddly.

Notice the lack of Miis below the Monster Hunter panel. There are Miis from the MH3U community on the screen, but they're scattered all around among the other panels, in the center area, and even straggling around the edges of the screen.
Anyone else noticed this happening on their plaza?

Holy... for real?

I love how everyone just started panicking :lol
<3
I'm sure they just didn't want their friends to know that they browse gaf. XP
3/90 of my friends are from GAF. Add me. <3considering most of almost all of our wii u friends lists are from gaf anyway
The Miis at the edge of the screen are usually Miis you are following. Are the other MH3U Miis that you see under other panels your friends? They tend to move around.

I'm still banned from Miiverse.
