The programs are broken down into categories including ones that require equipment and ones that don't.
I can never decide if Jillian Michaels is attractive or not.
Is there a list of all the workouts yet? On the ign quick look a few weeks ago it looked like there was a lot.
Do any of the apps address ways how to gain proper weight?
Yes, Xbox Fitness is balanced with Xbox Video/Netflix/Hulu.
Only two P90X videos (Plyo X, Shoulders & Arms)
Only one Insanity video (Plyo cardio circuit)
No Focus T25
More of a sample than a fully featured product imo.
Still plenty of good free content here, but don't expect to be following a P90X or Insanity two month calendar program.

Yeah, there's heaps of free content. Jillian Michaels and stuff. I don't know anything about the non-beachbody stuff though. But there's a bunch of other content in there, right?

As far as I know the videos that are there are the full versions. I was just disappointed at the low total number. I thought we were getting all of P90X and all of Insanity.
I'll knock over Insanity Plyo Cardio later to know for sure.
Yes it is. I hope.

I seem to remember December being the launch of it
Yeah. It's nearly impossible to outwork a shit diet.
But working out and eating shit is better than eating shit and being a lazy shit too.
Definitely. It's also a start - it's not always a good idea to try to change your whole life at once.
Exactly, I changed my diet a few weeks ago and I'm down over 10 lbs. Once I got a handle on that now it's time for me to put in a regular workout. It can be really hard, particularly if you used to be pretty athletic to start slow, but I've learned rushing into a workout routine is a good way to hurt myself.
Motto of the story is, take it slow and listen to your body!
Anyone else having connection issues with this tonight? I got through half of my workout then it kept saying that Xbox Fitness cannot connect to the internet even though all other Xbox Live functionality was still working...
